Instructions for Windows users

Please click on the TeamViewer icon below to download TeamViewer QuickSupport (Windows or Mac) and save it to your computer. To start the remote application double click on the downloaded file.
Please forward us your ID and password to enable remote access to your computer. Leave the TeamViewer window open so we can connect.

TeamViewer QuickSupport does not have to be installed and can be executed without administrator rights. This tool is secure and free of charge.
